‍Brandlord is a full-service branding and design agency based in Dallas, Texas. Brandlord is a studio within the (Switch) agency that specializes in crafting compelling brand stories for lifestyle real estate projects. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative marketing solutions that enhance the appeal and marketability of our clients' real estate projects. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our network of creative partnerships and hire a Freelance Graphic Designer to support our design team on a project-by-project basis.

Potential Project Responsibilities

You will work under the direction of our creative directors to create strategic work based on a client’s needs and direction. Responsibilities will include concept, design, and polishing of visual assets for both print and digital contexts including:

• Logos and brand concepts
• Brand Strategy
• Business collateral
• Social media assets
• Brand guides
• Client presentations
• Brochures and multi-page publications
• Websites and digital layouts

Qualifications:

• 4 year college degree
• 2+ years experience as a designer in a studio or agency setting
• Demonstrated proficiency in MacOS, with expertise in Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and XD
• Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with the broader creative team
