We’re growing, and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-first Sales & Marketing Manager to help us grow our client base and deepen our presence across the real estate community.

The Role

This is a front-line business development role focused on generating new project opportunities for Brandlord. You’ll work alongside our Partner & Client Director, Glen Collins, to identify and pursue high-value relationships across the lifestyle real estate landscape. You’re equal parts connector, closer, and brand ambassador, someone who understands the developer and property management world, knows how to get in the room, and can sell the value of great branding. This role has visibility and responsibility across all four quadrants of the Brandlord Sales & Marketing landscape:

  • Outreach (external campaigns, list development, networking, and trade events)
  • Inside Sales (pipeline management, proposals, scoping, and RFPs)
  • Marketing Calendar (email, social, content, and creative)
  • Innovation (new revenue opportunities, platform research, and partner development).

Responsibilities of Sales & Marketing Manager:

Business Development & Outreach: 

Self-generate qualified B2B prospects across target real estate verticals:

  • Multifamily (conventional, student housing, build-to-rent, active adult)
  • Retail + Mixed-Use Developments
  • Hotel + Resort Properties
  • Master Planned Communities + Luxury Condominiums
  • Workplace & Corporate Identity

Sales Process & Pipeline Management:

  • Manage an active pipeline of prospects from initial contact through close
  • Attend prospect calls and meetings with the Client Director—eventually leading independently
  • Build and present tailored proposals for new and existing client opportunities
  • Co-create and maintain CRM infrastructure for efficient pipeline visibility and reporting
  • Shadow the project management team during onboarding to understand agency operations and deliverables

Agency Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the ideation and execution of Brandlord’s own marketing efforts (social, email, events, digital)
  • Support project management of internal marketing initiatives (website updates, campaigns, content)
  • Represent the Brandlord brand with polish and precision in every external interaction
